It is important to eliminate all stressors in your life that are depleting you emotionally, mentally, physically and financially.

Try a few of these healthy coping strategies to manage your stress:

* Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes.

* Deep breathing

* Meditation and guided imagery

* Positive affirmations

* Plenty of sleep
